Edge-Core Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and Access devices are hardware located at the home

or business of a customer and connected with a carrier's telecommunication channel(s) at the demarcation

point (demarc). The demarc is a point established in a building, home, or complex to separate customer

equipment from service provider/carrier equipment.

Edge-Core’s solutions include digital subscriber line (DSL) or other broadband Internet routers, or other

Edge-Core customized hardware used by a particular service provider/wireline/wireless carrier.

The Edge-Core 3800 Series of Access/CPE devices include the EC3805, EC3805F, and EC3802-

WDM. The EC3805 and EC3805F differ only in their physical (PHY) layer connections: copper and



the Home (ETTH) or Ethernet to the Building (ETTB) deployments, within 100 meters. The result is the

minimum cost to deliver high performance triple play services for both home and business customers.

EC3805F and EC3802-WDM are ideal for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) or Fiber to the Building (FTTB)

deployments.
