PRELIMINARY

EVENT VIEWER To access the Preferences - Event Viewer option, perform the following

steps:

1. From the left panel, select ECView > Event Viewer. You will see the

Event Viewer screen on the right panel of the Preferences dialog box.

2. In the Display section, enter the maximum number of current events to

be displayed in the Events panel.

3. In the History Purger section, you can specify the number of records

and the length of time they should be maintained in the database.

Enter the number of records to be maintained in the database in the

Keep Last field.

Enter the number of days the records should be maintained in the

database, in the Keep the History field.

4. In the Printer Setting section, enter the header and footer information

as they should appear while taking print outs.

Enter suitable information in the Header field.

■

Enter Page Number, Date and Comment information in the Footer

section.

5. Click Apply and then OK.
